Hello steemians, it is me again, @fearless97. I just want to quickly talk about this food, Semo and Egusi soup. I enjoy eating, not that I eat too much or that I'm a glutton but just the way you enjoy writing or blogging is the same way I enjoy eating.
Semo is an indigenous African food. It is made from corn, basically it is corn flour. It is also very easy to prepare.
All you need is to get water that is starting to boil and then start adding the corn flour to the water. Stir continuously in order to remove lumps. Keep adding the flour till the mixture thickens, continue to stir.
Egusi soup is made from melon.
The melon seeds are removed and then grounded. I mixed the grounded melon with vegetable to make a very nice soup.
Thanks for reading, your comments are very valuable and also please kindly upvote, and resteem too. Thanks again.
