Its dinner and I don't have idea what to cook for my kids ๐ค๐คโโโ My kids kept asking and I told them that I will cook something. So I decided to went for this pasta ๐๐ dish with the leftover cheese sauce ๐ง๐ง from the lasagna here I've made the on Sunday.
So I decided that I want to cook Alfredo pasta but instead came out something crazy ๐๐๐๐.... Here I present the fusion of Oglio Olio with Not So Alfredo
My daughter ๐ณ๐คจ went "What is this, Papa??" while my son ๐๐ went "Papa, its smell nice!".... ๐๐คฃ๐ I told them that its very nice!! ๐๐
So they tested with a fork ๐ and shouted ๐คฏ๐คฏ "Wow!! Super nice!!!" ๐๐คฃ๐คฃ๐
Here's my crazy recipe ๐๐:
Oglio Olio (Same as normal Oglio Olio)
- Cook the minced garlic till brown
- Mix in the cut ham/bacon
- Mix in cooked pasta
- Sprinkle salt to taste
- Mix in Lasagna cheese sauce ๐ง๐ง instead of Parmesan cheese sauce ๐ง๐ง.
