Childhood memories are very good, I remember that when I was very young, we were required to do scout guide training in school.
It was a lot of fun to do this training, the chief trainer and his 3 companions, we took a group of 40 boys, sometimes in a deserted place or on the bank of a river, sometimes in forests free from wild animals, and sometimes even in open forts Used to take One day we were told how to move forward in the forest with signs and gestures and hitting the trail.
In this, we were taught that if you do not know any way to proceed in the forest, then you should proceed by making arrow marks on the trees with any knife, pen, pencil, or any sharp object available to you, this will happen that If you have lost your way, then your own arrow marks will help you in your way back.
That is why in the first training of Scout Guide, we were taught that as soon as we enter the forest, keep putting arrows on the trees and keep moving forward.
