Tipsy kept a pair of Pomeranian dogs, a male and a female, at her home. Tipsy wanted the two to meet and make money by selling the puppies they produced, estimating that if their female Pomeranian produced 7 babies in a year, she would earn about $5,000 a year at an average of $700.
The Pomeranian, known as a Pom is a breed of dog of the Spitz type that is named for the Pomerania region in north-west Poland and north-east Germany in Central Europe. Classed as a toy dog breed because of its small size.
But her guess was proved wrong on the very first delivery. At the first delivery, she was expecting her female Pomeranian to give birth to at least three or four puppies. But her hopes were shattered when she gave birth to only 2 puppies, then she also took a lot of time to get pregnant the next time and now she is going to give birth to puppies again. Mrs Tipsy is hoping for a triplet this time.
And the day has come when more than her expectation, this time her female Pomeranian gave birth to 4 children, now when they will be 1 month old, she will be able to sell these puppies at a good price. These days a puppy in her city is sold comfortably for between $500 to $1000.
