On the night of the incident, he came here to take revenge on him. At that time, no one was at home.
But when he saw him in the wheelchair, he changed his mind and turned to go back, but he pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill him.
They both got into a scuffle, and he still doesn't know when the gun fired. He ran away from here in fear, but after going some distance, he came to know that his purse was not in his pocket.
When he returned to the scene again to collect his purse, he saw the wife, Zenith, holding a gun in her hand, and she was taking responsibility for the murder, while he knew she was not a murderer.
So he made a plan in his mind and made some changes at the scene and tried to convert it into a theft and murder case.
The police took Zenith's statement and told her that Sharman accepted the murder. Then, for the first time, Zenith openly said that Philp came to meet her that day, and she thought that Philp had murdered her husband.
Therefore, she was ready to take the responsibility for his murder to save Philip, but Sharman reached out and helped her by changing the scene of the murder.
The police solved the murder case. The charge sheet was framed against Sharman and sent him to jail.
The court, in view of the circumstances and self-defense, did not find guilty Sharman of the murder but sentenced him to three years for being found guilty of tampering with evidence at the crime scene.
He was released after one and a half years on the basis of good character and the wrongful sentence previously served on him.
Now Zenith and Philip are living together happily.
