Daniel comes to know that his friend has had a very dangerous accident, in which his friend's 3 ribs and right arm bone have been broken.
His friend was admitted to the critical hospital at the city's trauma centre, where he was kept in the ICU. Daniel was very much concerned about his friend's health.
He was a very close friend of Denial's and had been together since childhood. Denial called up to inquire about his friend's condition and then headed towards the hospital to meet him.
It was going to take about 1 hour to reach there. The rules of the trauma centre were that visitors were not allowed to enter after 10 o'clock in the night. It was 8 o'clock.
There was not much of a crowd on the roads. Daniel was driving comfortably towards the trauma centre. Then the rear wheel of his car got punctured.
Denial got down from the car and found that with the puncture tyre he could not go forward.
There was a very thick iron nail stuck in the tyre. The road was quite deserted. There was no one around to fix the puncture.
He tried to stop many vehicles from going off the road, but no one stopped. Daniel got frustrated, and in desperation, he kicked down the road in anger and shouted, "Fuck you all."
Then he got the phone and called a mechanic who knew him and Denial told the whole thing. Now Denial is waiting for the mechanic on the road .
