(I had sent my entries on all the prompts of mariannewest@mariannewest this week, just could not write on this prompt the hidden side. So today I am presenting my entry on this prompt as well.)

Gilda was thinking of buying a three-room Flat for herself. She used to see the brochures of companies as soon as she got time off from her official duty.

Some of the proposals she liked very much. She sorted the brochures of those proposals and kept these companies aside.

According to the company's proposals, the top floor will have three rooms with kitchens, three toilets, one extra room, two-car parking, a swimming pool, a club, a gym, and common restaurant facilities.

Gilda was interested with the size, price, and all the other promised promises of these houses, so she made up her mind to buy the house and reached the office of one of these companies.

She asked the representative there to please elaborate on the terms and conditions so that the proposal could be finalised.

The representative introduced his senior manager to Gilda, and the new terms and conditions that the manager stated were not present in the brochure.

Many such hidden side expenses were mentioned in these conditions, which were not disclosed anywhere in brochures. such as power backup charges, fire control charges, extra parking charges, lift maintenance charges, etc.

These charges were very high and were not shown in the company's promises but were hidden terms of the company.

So Linda came back to her office to consult these points with her advocate.
