I am Vice-principal of the National College of Science and Arts.
In the college, preparations for the annual function were going on.
Many games were to be organized as part of the celebrations.
As the Vice-Principal, it was my responsibility to organize this function successfully.
To make this event a success, the college management called a meeting of all the teachers and contestants, at which I was made the president.
The proceedings of the meeting were going on very peacefully.
Everyone was presenting their suggestions and these suggestions were being recorded.
The sports teacher suggested that this time outdoor games should be organized in some other city because there is a lot of traffic here.
The manager of the college rejected the suggestion, as taking the team out of the city in this way would be a waste of time and money.
Somebody requested to organize dance competitions at the events, which was accepted. Similar suggestions kept coming.
At the end of the meeting, I gave my opinion that all the events should be organized within 5 days and arrangements should be made for all the contestants and all the members of the managing committee to stay in the college, eat, and drink.
for this Whatever expenditure will come, that expenditure should be taken from each student by adding it to the college fees for the coming year. In this way, no one will be burdened with much expenditure.
my suggestion was approved with pleasure by the entire members of the meeting.
