This time I want to share a recipe for a dish with you. The story is, a few days ago my mom bought frozen french fries from an acquaintance. The taste is good. I like. My mom asked me to find recipe for making french fries. I looked up on youtube and a few days ago my mom made the french fries, I helped out.
French fries are a very popular food. French fries are fast food. Fast food restaurants like KFC, McDonald, Burger King sell french fries. Of course theirs is better than what my mom and I made, hehe. But what my mom and I made are delicious, after all it was the first time making french fries, usually just making fried potato the usual way (cut and then fried or coated with wet flour before frying)
● French fries (North American English), chips (British English), finger chips (Indian English), French-fried potatoes, or simply fries are batonnet or allumette-cut deep-fried potatoes, originating from either Belgium or France. They are prepared by cutting the potato into even strips, then drying and frying it, usually in a deep fryer. Most french fries are produced from frozen Russet potatoes. ● ~ WIKIPEDIA (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_fries)
