Hello everyone. This time i want to share about the food i made yesterday. I made Egg in Potato.

Ingredients:
- 2 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- Leek
- Salt
- Cooking oil
- Chili paste
- Kobe brand "Tempe KRIUK" seasoning flour
- ABC brand "Bawang Pedas" sauce
- Del Monte brand ketchup

How to cook:
- I peeled the skin of the potatoes and boiled them. I also boiled eggs in a different boiling place.
I lifted the potatoes, peeled the skin of the potatoes, then mashed them, it turned out that they couldn't be mashed.
I cut the potatoes into pieces and boiled them again.
Well, the potatoes could be mashed.
- I added Kobe brand "Tempe KRIUK" seasoning flour to the mashed potatoes
- I added leek
- I added chili paste
- I added salt
- I stirred them
- I peeled the eggs and then washed the peeled eggs
- I covered each of the 2 eggs with the stirred ingredients. So they became 2 "Egg in Potato".
- Then I fried them with cooking oil.
- I lifted them.
- I put ABC brand "Bawang Pedas" sauce and Del Monte brand ketchup on the plate.
- I put 2 "Egg in Potato" on the plate.
- I fried them again then put them back on the plate.
They tasted good.
