The human cells has 46 chromosomes, which make up 23 chromosomal pairs. Of which, 22 pairs are roughly the same shape and size. The rest, the 23rd par, is made up of chromosomes that determine sex and are called sex chromosomes.
Women have two identical sex chromosomes in this pair, which are labeled with XX. In men, that 2 sex chromosomes are not equal, one is the same as in a woman, X chromosome, and the other is much smaller and is called chromosome Y.
Y chromosome is more aggressive so boys are more like to be born but females live longer.
