Yesterday while driving back home we stopped in lovely restaurant "Ribič" which literally means fisherman
I have never been there but I can surely say that I'm gonna visit it again. The Place is a friendly family restaurant with pleasant and homely atmosphere, although only 30 minutes away from the City of Zagreb, is located in the idyllic area of Veliki Trgovišće on the southern slope of Hrvatsko Zagorje.
The stuff there is extremely affable so we felt very welcomed, the chef of a restaurant honored us with a welcome meal.
This is called "Zagorska zlevka" and it is much more delicious than it looks.
You can find on youtube how to make Zagorska Zlevka, is it easy to make, it takes about 75 minutes and you won't regret it.
The food was perfect, we didn't find any drawback to food so If you find yourself somewhere near, you should visit them :)
