Being a leader is not an easy task, it's filled with so much responsibilities. Majority of what you do is selfish, a leader is not a selfish person because you have to consider others in taking decisions. The tricky part is that the main opposition to your leadership will come from the people you lead, there is always that person that is never satisfied with all you do. I have learnt a lot by being a leader, it's tough but it'll make you mature.
So, always have your people in your heart at all times, leadership is not just an office, or a position, it is a lifestyle that last throughout your lifetime.
