I am not really familiar with the bared teeth but I think it is like the way a dog grinds at a person. The teeth is outside before the lips and it looks like the person is upset about something.
Those who have artificial teeth are not excluded, they also can make a bared teeth. I am hearing a bared teeth for the first time, and how quickly I have been able to learn one or two things about it.
