I would not want to assume too much on this prompt as the meaning of infinite might imply in this context, but in my own opinion, I would really want it to be an infinite shop full of pastries.
I love the sound of pastry, it's so good that I would have them as much as I can consume. If I was lost in a pastry shop, I would not want to be found, lol.
It is not an obsession, I love the sweet stuff. So, you can see why the infinite cake shop sounds so good to me. Even with the thought of not able to consume it all, it still has to count as a privilege to be in such a cake shop.
Sales will be high, and everything would be cool too. It takes a person of great ambition to put up something like that, bringing a lot of desperate folks under one roof. An infinite cake shop...
