One of the ways to measure financial literacy is have a bank account, and save in it. It is called being financially included, you won't believe that we still have folks who are financially excluded, that means they do not have a Bank account, and neither do they want to improve their status or finances. In 21st century, people still believe in the old system of savings and sometimes they are scammed. With the advent of digital currency, things are going to change in the near future. Those still struggling with Opening an account, how would they cope with the digital money, I guess they'll be left behind or Maybe they'll be where we are now. Don't be left behind, move as we move.
