Everything in life always seems to find a balance, such as yin and yang, strong and weak, white and black, life and death, and so on; they all seem transactional, and what do I mean by this? It is as if you want to gain something, you have to lose something, or if you want to add something, you would need to subtract something. Be it a habit, target, or goal, you have to sacrifice something to gain or eliminate something.

What I had personally noticed is that every change begins with a personal decision, which is not influenced by any external factors. Be it a bad behavior, a goal, or anyother thing, one needs to ask themself “what to eliminate to gain this?” or “what can I gain if I eliminate this?”. All these sorts of questions lead to clarification and could eventually make hitting the target straightforward.
I had always wanted to be a strong person who sets and hits his target constantly, but I have found that it has been easier said than done, so I had to settle for at least making sure I have a productive day. Until I can eliminate distraction, the struggles with contine and even if I succeed at this, I know another issue would arrive. So I am taking it one day at a time and trying to ensure that day is productive.
