Have you ever wondered how it must be to share a log with a bunch of other mushrooms? I bet you didn't.
Well think no more, I will tell ya! - It ain't easy!
Think for example that the log is a bit higher off the ground and even though it is nice, cozy and very stable living space, you sometimes wonder how it is down there, where other types of strange looking mushrooms grow. Maybe it is better. Maybe a bit safer?
So you start to think of having a little trip, just to check on things. Nothing serious. Maybe others want to come with you. You know... like a Sunday family trip :)
This little guy, let's call him Louis, had those thoughts.
And did not end well...
But lets go from the start. I had this idea of mushrooms jumping/falling from a tree since last Friday and it was just cooking in my head.
I finally took my drawing pad and sketched the idea and proportions. VERY roughly sketched.
Will do :)
Now time for proper lines that later I can fill with colour.

Colouring time. My favourite part!
And I finally discovered a cool new brush that I never used, cause it was just big and messy. Well... I changed some setting in it and it is freaking cool! I used to get the that more fuzzy texture on the shrooms.
And while I colour I wonder what they could be saying.

I start to think shroomsies are not very lucky this year (or I am really mean to them).
Last week they got burned by the sun :P
