Greetings, friends
Friday!. I decided to spend the beginning of September walking in the woods near my house and hunting mushrooms with a camera. Last Saturday, my wife also wanted to go to the forest and look for mushrooms. The weather was fine this morning. My wife wanted to go to Sosnovy Bor, but my UAZ refused to start because I hadn't used it for 2 months and the battery was dead. Yes, we have a fuel problem in our country, so my SUV is parked in the parking lot. So I drove my diesel Hyundai Tucson into the aspen forest to look for orange‑cap boletus. The last time I was there was 3 years ago.

Aspens began to shed their leaves early. I observed the fall of leaves already in early August. This is due to the low amount of rain. For example, poplars begin to shed their leaves in mid-July, at the peak of summer.
Two weeks ago, I found a nice mushroom with an orange cap here at the very edge of the forest, next to the road. This time we walked through the aspen trees, but did not see a single mushroom. It was even insulting.

This is a small forest located between the road and the river. After 5 minutes, I reached the riverbank. And that's where I saw this umbrella. I've already found these mushrooms near my house several times this year. It's even getting to be fun. I like photographing these mushrooms.
To look under the mushroom cap, I had to go down a rather steep slope. I'm not as agile as I was when I was younger, so I'm a little afraid of falling off and breaking the camera with the lens. Yes, I'm walking through mushrooms with a Sigma f/1.8 18-35mm lens. I can say that this year he has become my favorite in forest walks.

While I was photographing an umbrella mushroom, my wife came, looked at me and said that she had gone to another forest, on the other side of the road. There should be mushrooms there. Anyway, she collected them there last year.

I saw another similar mushroom not far from the first umbrella, but I'm definitely not going to get any closer to it. He was even further down the slope and under the branches of a small fir tree.

There were strong winds last winter and now you can find a lot of fallen trees in our forests. This is a fairly young aspen tree, and it also broke and fell.

My wife is out there somewhere, but she doesn't respond to my calls. Apparently, she went somewhere far away, although this forest is not big either. After 250 meters, climb the hill and then the village.

I will tell you about further mushroom adventures on Friday. I hope I will tell you.
I'm going on a trip to Belarus on Tuesday and I may not have the opportunity to be on this platform.

No! We don't eat that. Not a single mushroom was damaged during the shooting.
