Izboischi is a village in the Chagodoschensky District of Vologda region. It is the administrative center of a rural settlement. About 250 people live here.
The village stands on the bank of the Kobozha River.
The river looks powerful because of the spring flood. The current is strong, the water is dark and cold. This is my biggest fear.
The place looks cozy and old.
Judging by the name, there used to be huge huts.
The former house of culture just falls under this definition.
But these are travel notes, so I didn't get to walk around much.
What I managed to catch on the run does not characterize this locality in any way.
This is just my instant reaction to what I saw, and in a very limited period of time.
Even in such places there are taxi ads.
These places are the south-westernmost in the region.
They are literally on the border with the Novgorod region.
Another couple of interior and portrait subjects with a graphic bias.
And we're going on!
