Someone recently said a good phrase here: when there is nothing to say, then you don’t need to write a post, you don’t need to squeeze yourself out, squeeze out the text. It is so indeed! And if there is something to show, but there is nothing to comment?
I have been saying for a long time that photographs do not need titles.
You can only add a caption in the form of the location where the frame was taken and the name of the author.
If there are thoughts on any topic, then you can write a text.
But it happens that there are no thoughts at all ... but I want to show photos.
In general, these shots were taken in one of my favorite conditions and time of day - frosty twilight.
The whole action, that is, my walk and photographing, took place on the banks of the Vologda River, and sometimes on the frozen river itself.
I am now on such a wave when it seems that everything is insignificant and does not make any sense.
It will pass.
December pleased us with a bit of frost, and now it pleases with snowfalls a little.
I had an idea here, to put together a visual tangible diary... but it will be incredibly difficult.
That is, from each time, from each period, find some attribute, a thing that is associated with a given period.
And now the question to myself: where the hell am I going to take a thing from the time of the 2000s?
And now the answer came right away: you can take a modern thing, but one that will make a reference to the past.
No, well, if suddenly there is something directly from the past, then this will strengthen the amplifier of the past at times.
It will be a kind of time machine of my world.
Interesting ... there were no thoughts at the very beginning of the post, but they came in the process. So it’s still worth trying to write, even if nothing is in your head. It can come during the creation of the post!
To be continued...
