You know I’m all about that steamy and sexy content over here, and this one is no exception.
I do most of the cooking so I get to decide on what tools the kitchen needs to have. We had an old oven that worked well enough but looked ugly and was missing a few things I wanted, so we upgraded. I found this gorgeous vintage inspired black oven and I knew immediately that it’s the one for me.
The oven got delivered and installed yesterday and I spend the evening admiring it, and cooking dinner. I am very excited to have a ceramic stovetop for easier clean and sleeker look, convection oven for bigger patches of cooking and baking, and a working lamp in the oven that I had been missing all this time here.
Now the kitchen cabinets and flooring that are probably as old as I am look even worse next to the new oven but hey ho, it’s a work in progress. I did paint the tiles a couple weeks back so we have at least started to spruce up the kitchen a bit. The man says I need to lock down my decision on colour and new hardware so we can make the cabinets works for us for a couple years longer without me constantly bitching how ugly they are.
