I have a big box full of apples from our own apple garden in my balcony. I’m trying to figure out all the different ways I could use up the apples, other than eating them ”raw”. I suddenly remembered the most basic, simple and delicious treat ever; the apple crumble, at least that is what I think it is called in English.

Apples, rolled oats, brown sugar and butter, so simple, so good. Of course you could pimp it up by adding rum, vanilla sugar and cinnamon, but I went with the simple option.

I immediately got to making it and 30 minutes later, I am eating apple crumble with vanilla ice-cream, perfect.
