Why Not? Is there any bad blood between you? then you will probably get into trouble if your partner don't trust you a !00%. But if you had a "good" breakup. Why not, you ex good still be a good friend for you and your wife, you liked her one time and if you and your partner has good connection and the same mindset, your new partner will probably like your ex if he/she is a good person.
