Today the weather is very hot, making pandan pudding and enjoying it when it's cold makes the atmosphere fresh and fun. How to make it is also very easy and complicated. You can enjoy it with ice or not. Started from having a pack of "Agar-agar powder" with pandan flavor, then become fresh pudding.
Prepared materials
• I packet “agar-agar powder” pandan tasted
• 300 ml of water
• 50 ml coconut juice
• Palm sugar
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of vanilla
• 2 pandan leaves
Step Cooking
• Boil the water
• Add coconut milk, a pich salt, a pich vanilla and palm sugar
• Stir agar powder with water, add pandan paste.
• Put in boiling water. Stir so it doesn't thicken.
• Stir for 3-4 minutes
• Turn off the stove
• Pour the pudding liquid into the mold
Refrigerate the pudding mixture for 30-50 minutes until it is cold, then it can be cut or transferred to a serving plate. In addition, it can also be put in the refrigerator. Eaten cold is more delicious.
Many benefits are obtained when we consume agar-agar, which is processed from seaweed or red sea algae. It can also be enjoyed mixed with syrup. However, I prefer cooked pudding.
The nutritional content contained in agar is quite high. Agar contains a variety of nutrients which include:
• Complex carbohydrates
• Protein
• Fiber
• Vitamins, such as B vitamins, folate, vitamin E, and vitamin K
• Minerals, including calcium, iodine, iron, potassium, magnesium, selenium, and zinc
In addition to the various nutrients above, gelatin also contains small amounts of other nutrients, such as omega-3, choline, phosphorus, and copper. Agar-agar extracted from seaweed also contains antioxidants that are good for body health.
The benefits of agar are
• Smooth digestion
• Increase the strength of bones and teeth
• Lowering the risk of heart disease
• Increase endurance
• Lose weight
• Maintain skin health and beauty
