Yesterday I could once again enjoy a triumph of FC Barcelona and say that we are officially champions of the Spanish Football League, corresponding to the 2024-2025 season.
Since the previous matchday, we already knew that it would be difficult for us not to win yet another trophy because, with 9 points to play for and seven advantages, it was difficult not to win this title.
The Club World Cup is still to come, but it is a good moment to express all that this season has meant and how much we have enjoyed these boys, and I have seen them enjoy themselves in a way that I had not seen for a long time....
It is true that we could not crown the season by winning the Champions League, but, in my opinion, that does not tarnish the excellent campaign that the Catalan team had.
From my not so great knowledge of this sport, I must say that the good tactical management of the matches, the scoring capacity, the team's leadership and never giving up were some of the things that allowed Barcelona to achieve the good results of this campaign.
Besides that, I have to say that the joy with which they played and the winning mentality were two aspects that aroused the interest of many fans in many parts of the world.
It is true that there are always outstanding players and that is the case of Lamine Yamal, who, being almost a child, many times carried the responsibility of lifting the games. But Pedri, Cubarsí or Rafiña also deserve all the credit of the team.
And, the great architect and responsible for all this is the coach Hansi Flick, who managed to form a family within the team, forgetting the names and encouraging those who could play the best. He also knew how to adapt the team to various game scenarios, in which physical preparation played a fundamental role.
It is true that there were problems, especially at the defensive level, but, many times, they solved them by scoring more goals.

This team has made us dream and, for next season, these boys will come with more experience and with their sights set on reaching the European Champions League title.
I would just like to add that the victory was somewhat tarnished by the performance of the rival team. It is true that Espanyol has a great rivalry with Barcelona, but, what cannot happen is that some elements outside the sport affect it and tarnish a competition that is followed by many spectators around the world.
Many congratulations for the beautiful season you have given us.
