(Esp/Eng) Comienza un nuevo capĂtulo: estoy creando mi primera membresĂa en Klouser / A new chapter begins: I am creating my first membership on Klouser.
•¿A quién quieres llegar?
Espe
Hi community, how are you?
I wanted to stop by and share something that has my energy way up—like I’m in “new beginning” mode.
For many years now, I’ve been working with entrepreneurs—training them in communication, sales, strategy, leadership, and team management. I started out as a coach (I’m a professional coach), but over time my role has evolved, and today I feel more like a mentor and facilitator than a teacher. In fact, I like to say I don’t teach from a podium—I facilitate processes.
I trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with a focus on facilitating and leading large groups, and for the past 8 years I’ve been building this path… and my personal brand too. I’ve had wins, yes—but also plenty of shortcomings I can acknowledge today.
One of them: I never truly focused on building my own community. I was part of other people’s communities—I joined in, shared ideas, answered questions, offered resources… and many times that created uncomfortable situations.
Sometimes, the owners of those communities would even get upset and say things like: “Why do you reply so much?” “Why are you sharing that?” “If you want a community, start your own.”
A bit of that human jealousy that can show up sometimes.
The point is: while I was supporting, training, mentoring, and holding space… 1:1 work became more and more demanding. People go through their process, complete their cycle, solve what they came to solve… and then they move on. The human connection remains, but the continuity doesn’t—and that’s what led me to ask myself:
Why don’t I create something that allows me to support people with continuity?
Something like a membership—my own space, a community that lets me build something sustainable over time, where I can serve, contribute, and grow.
That idea had been in my head for a while, but honestly, I didn’t feel like I had the bandwidth to build the entire structure from scratch for myself. I felt like I needed methodology, time, structure… and most of all, guidance.
Until last year, I discovered Klouser
, a community of content creators and people building memberships. The founder (Alejandro) is Argentine, but there are people from different countries too—so my “journalist curiosity” kicked in. I explored their social media, watched their YouTube videos
, read comments… I did my homework. And in the end I said: “Okay, let’s see.”
I joined their waitlist to schedule an interview and learn more
, and we met on December 29, 2025.
That day they explained what Klouser is, how it works, and the different ways to become part of the ecosystem.
After the meeting, they sent a set of questions I had to answer and email to the director. Then they would let me know if I was accepted into the program called Lanzadores. And this felt like gold to me, because over a specific number of sessions, they guide you to build your community from the ground up.
And well… January 2nd of this year was a day full of emotions, because I received an email saying I’d been accepted into the program. I was genuinely so moved, because I was starting the year with a very clear goal.
Also, building a membership with them isn’t like other places where people just tell you “post and sell.” It’s not like that. Being in the program challenges me to ask myself deep and foundational questions:
• Why do you want to create a membership?
• Who do you want to reach?
• What kind of experience do you want people to have inside the space?
• What do you want them to feel?
• Who is your audience?
• What real promise can you sustain over time?
There’s also a space I absolutely loved: every Thursday at 2 PM (Argentina time), everyone in Lanzadores meets for a Zoom roundtable.
Today was my first one, and honestly, it was really satisfying. We talked, got to know each other, listened to each person’s challenges, shared ideas, cleared doubts… and it feels so good to grow like this—in community.
Right now I’m in the Lanzadores phase where I have to answer the key questions: define my purpose manifesto.
What am I going to build with this community? Who am I speaking to? What experience do I want people to have with me?
And in parallel, I’m working on another big decision: the name.
I originally thought of Emprende con Esperanza but it feels long. Today, during the roundtable, Alejandro (Klouser’s founder) suggested Club de Esperanza, but honestly… I haven’t fully resonated with either name yet.
My brand is called Hola Esperanza, so I also considered playing with that, but I still don’t have a final answer.
So I’m asking for your help.
If you can think of a name that connects with my essence (purpose-driven business, clarity, action, human growth, communication, and strategy), drop it in the comments. It would help me a lot to brainstorm the name for this membership and this community.
My goal is to launch it on March 1st, so I still have a lot of work ahead.
I wanted to share all of this because it’s part of my day-to-day life, my new professional momentum, and the rebirth I’m going through. Klouser is becoming part of that rebirth—just like Hive is too.
For now, all I ask is that you wish me lots of success.
I’m feeling energized, motivated, and fully committed to doing this right.
Sending you a huge hug,
Hope
