Aprender hacer una tote bag con lazos/ Learn how to make a tote bag with bows

Esperanza
Today I thank myself for the fears I overcame even with broken legs and soul. Hope

Today I want to share this tutorial with you, where we’re going to learn how to make a tote bag with bows.
It’s a fairly easy project, although it does require patience. In the video, everything is sped up quite a bit so it doesn’t become too long, but in reality it took me about two hours to finish it. I was also filming, stopping, and checking a few things along the way, which obviously made the process take longer.
If you don’t have much experience, it may take you a little longer, and that’s perfectly fine.
Before you begin, I suggest having all your fabrics ironed and setting aside some quiet time to work. You can also divide the project into several stages: first cut out the patterns, then transfer them onto the fabric, iron everything, and finally sew it together little by little, just as I did and as I show you in the video.
If you’re still not very experienced with a sewing machine or with slightly more elaborate projects, my recommendation is to take your time and work without rushing.
The idea is for you to enjoy the process, stop whenever you need to, and yes, even unpick your stitches if something doesn’t turn out the way you wanted.
It’s difficult for everything to turn out perfectly on the first try, but this is a fairly approachable project, and I’m sure that with a little practice you can make it and keep improving your technique.
Tote bags are also incredibly useful and versatile, so you can make one for yourself, give one as a gift, or experiment with different fabrics, colors, and details to create your own versions.
I hope you enjoy the tutorial, and if you have any questions, doubts, or comments, feel free to leave them here.
And if you decide to make one, I’d love for you to share your result so I can see your creation.
A big, big hug.
Hope
