My sister recently got a new job so she wanted to celebrate her first paycheck by making us a great dinner. Lobster is one of her favorite kinds of seafood so she decided to go all out and get us some Lobster. For the greens, she figured she would just make some baked Brussel sprouts. In fact, she baked the lobster and added some lemon with butter to add to the flavour. Honestly, I'm very lucky to have such a good cook as a sister, what would I do without her? lol
She also made an extra one for my mom, my mother also loves lobster. I'm sure she'll be pleasantly surprised.
