The run today was all about power.
Why? Read my report from yesterday - last in August [Exhaust Running Report, August 31st 2020] - where I mention the Coros Pace watch firmware update. It got power measurement.
SO my afternoon run got some power measurement and the red line here is the representation of how much power I put into the run. Fancy.
What's the deal? Here's an official explanation from the Coros app.
As you can see from the example graphs power shows your effort better than heart rate.
The run itself was a day pace run across and by the river Sava and back the other way.
