I just finished a 3.474km run that lasted about 0hh:19mm:18ss !
And, as every journey starts with a first step, this one started tonight. With a short run around the block and some uphill section to add to it.
Uphill sections are very important in this plan of mine. Why? Because flat is boring :) No, really. Because I love to run in nature. Which almost always includes mountains or hills at least.

75 m / 3.5 km = 21.42 m/km
My goal is to reach 60 m / km runs. There are several milestones in my plan. All will be revealed in due time.
