A beautifully long Sunday it was. We went for a hike in the mountains. Our goal was Pristovški Storžič, a peak on the Austrian side of the border.
One dog, Puma, three kids and three adults. Our starting point was the Jezersko border pass. From there we went towards the northwest on the Austrian side.
The hike was not long, one hour and a half up, slightly more down since we took a round path as you will be able to see from the map.
The upper part of the approach was just a bit difficult technically yet it was nothing that the kids and Puma couldn't master.
The view from the top was splendid. Some familiar lines included, alas.

Puma was always in front and she deserved the rest at the top.
After we came down from the mountain we stopped at Jezersko lake to get some ice cream, coffee and beer.
The water is still icy.
Yet, who cares...
Icy water heals sore muscles.
Oh yes, we found two out of three geocaches which were on our way today. A good score.
As for my barefooting adventures ... They continued today, of course.

After the mark 4, I changed the shoes, from Inov-8 to Skinners and walked the rest of the way down in them. A great experience.
