It Was A Great Show & My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2019

I almost stepped onto this fellow while on a late night run. Then I stunned him (or her?) with the phone's flash. How inconsiderate was I. Sorry.

Thanks to everyone who tuned in to the @actifit health & fitness show this afternoon. It was a great experience. Thank you @mcfarhat for inviting me and for being a great host.

The recording of the show will be available online so you will have the opportunity to listen to it in case you missed it.

Heck, I will listen to it to make notes of all the promises that I have made.

It would be great to be a guest at the show in a year or so. To take a look back and ponder upon the progress that Actifit and the community will make.

Better and better
