ervin-lemark just finished a 9.85km run, that lasted for 60 minutes.
This run helped ervin-lemark burn 622.0 calories.
Description from Strava:
This was not a recovery run as it is supposed to be. Ran in the afternoon heat with the temperature around 30 degrees it was an exercise in heat endurance. Mostly on gravel and in the forest.
The first half was fairly easy. Yet the second became a time trial. I felt like pushing the pace up to 5 minutes per kilometer. The cover photo tells the story. Pace and heart rate went up. Three dips are a minute walking breaks.
So it was a negative split which is great.
proof of run
Tomorrow and after tomorrow one hour long recovery are in the plan again. I guess that tomorrow I wll manage to keep the effort down because today I didn't.
better and better
