This one was good, it really felt good too.

After a long day at the office with way too many meetings, two of them even in person, I didn't feel like going long nor hard. But there was this opportunity during niko.lemark@niko.lemark 's acrobatics session when I have more that an hour and a half to use and a flat and inviting tarmac course near by.

And so it went, easy, steady, strides, steady, and easy again. Excellent.
