Newly created games, as well as previously released games, can now add tokens, digital collectibles, trading, renting, earning, and governance to their games. Let's continue talking about the Frontier format in Splinterlands. ## Frontier Format https://images.ecency.com/DQmXN1rJgCm2HivWfGfpUV6CNLZY39gepJkAMpjLQa7ATV3/oo.png The Frontier format is one of the 4 ranked battle formats in Splinterlands and it's one of my favorites because it reminds me a bit of how Splinterlands used to be. I'm only in the Bronze league because I don't have much time to play this format and my main focus is on the Wild format. ## Important Tips If you haven't played the Frontier format yet and want to try it without having to rent or buy cards, then I recommend you complete Campaign Mode. In Campaign Mode, you'll receive Soulbound cards from the Foundation edition and you'll be able to use them in the Frontier format to start receiving rewards without spending anything. https://images.ecency.com/DQmTaeGUy9wrpxFtwon6LACjfZ1XvbYnB51bjmYj1Gfji8X/ooo.png **To find Campaign Mode, just go to Play and then Campaign, choose Book 1 - Waur Medge Academy.** After completing all the chapters, you'll have enough Foundation cards to win battles in the Frontier format and climb the leagues.
