What glorious weather we had here today. It was perfect, not too hot, not too cold and not pishing down with rain!
So what did I do? I decided on having a barbeque, went to the shops bought burgers, rolles, and lots of other grup for... myself then got home only for the weather to change and a giant beastier of a cloud to pop up above my head, taunting me to pee on my head!

F*ck clouds!!!!
Also, today, I went for a jog. I felt that I had too do so despite my ill health. it seemed to clear out my Eustation tube but I was very cautious when jogging. In total I ran 3 miles in 20 mins. Not great but good considering the health problems. I didnt kick the arse out o fit.

Still no word on when I get my emergency appointment. If I could get myself stable enough then I will fly back to Turkey and get th surgery there, however, the NHS is not working well for me just now.

Tomorrow I plan on doing some light weight lifting at home, again to test my boundaries.

However, I've been reading through some other's actifit posts and I may try to write a few fitness posts about getting 'combat' ready, and how I once lost almost 100 lbs in less than a year and ended up with a 6 pack which lasted me until the start of this year.
How to do so healthily, and maybe write about my time as a Private Military Contractor (PMC).

Anyway, I am going to grab an early night. I wish you all a good night and hope that you are having a good week.

Take care

Dave
