Ever had a day where random people have decided to but the snot out of you? Just randoms who have no concept of personal space or are overly entitled?

I was meant to new contract next month for 10 days, 14 hours a day work. But... They decided now that they only want me in for.... 1 day (14 hours) And they have decided that I must pay them my first days wage to cover the commission and recruitment fee!馃槻馃槴

Typically, I try to be diplomatic, but when they told me that it would be "good experience" I flew off the handle quicker than Judge Dredd putting down a perp!馃槓
Experience!!! I am 36 F*cking years old. I've worked since I was like 12 years old and worked in many different sectors!
Unless its a project I choise to donate my time to then I want f*cking paid! Experience. PFFFFFT. I will ask if I can pay my bills with that one day of 'experience'!!!馃槕

Training wise was pretty much just a quick walk/hike about 5 miles in total. Was planning onr unning and weights today but I've started my new medications this day and wanted to see how things settled before training.
