It's not bad to express ourselves through art, but it should not be something that sends a bad message to the public and if that is what makes you happy, then it should be kept where you alone can access it.
Life is not always about one person; it's wrong to ignore how people feel and be more concerned about satisfying your desires.
Paintings are okay, but there are certain paintings that are terrible. For instance, paintings about cultism, gangs, and things that have no meaning or value to society.

One thing most people don't understand with art is that it describes or defines the location it is stationed at.
One bad painting can send a message that can affect the entire community as those who see it may quickly jump to the conclusion that this location is defined by what the artwork is portraying.
If the government intervenes in this habit of painting anything and anywhere; that is, properly regulating how people express themselves through art, I think it's fair. The fact that we have the freedom to paint and express ourselves doesn't mean we should offend others with our desires or mess anywhere with it.
Any form of art we desire to do should be done in the right way, and at the right place.
If it's possible, we should create a safe place to exhibit our talent or feelings through art.
This may look tough on some people because they may want to paint or draw in places where it can attract attention, well if it's not an offense in the area and it gives good meaning, it's fine, but it should not be done in places where society does not approve of it.
In view of this, I think if the government would help people by providing a safe place for those who desire to showcase their talents to do their work, it would go a long way to prevent illegal and improper paints on the streets.
