For this weekend I decided to share with the family with these fajitas. What we need for the tortillas:
Wheat flour 500g
1 teaspoon of sugar.
½ dessert teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
2 cups of water.
Preparation: We mix all the dry ingredients first and then we are going to incorporate the water stirring until we get a smooth and liquid mixture. Once we have our mixture, in a non-stick frying pan that we have previously put to heat over medium heat we are going to cook our tortillas, what I do is with a soup spoon spread the mixture evenly in the pan so that they are thin and round.

Once the mixture has changed color, i.e. it turns solid white and we see how it is compacted in the pan, it is time to turn them over, I tell you they cook very fast.

Filling the fajitas: I stuffed them with minced beef strips that I cooked in a wok. I tell you many people make roast beef, I use the wok technique, here I put the cleaned and chopped meat, in my case I used a kilo, with a cup of water, add salt and pepper to taste and just a teaspoon of oil and put it to cook over medium heat for half an hour, the meat will cook evenly and besides that it will be browned and soft.

Once my fajita tortillas and filling are ready I proceed to assemble my delicious fajitas, in this case I place the filling in the center and close in three lids, after that to plate and enjoy a delicious meal. Of course you can't miss the green sauce and the spicy sauce to go with it.
