De hace casi un año para acá mi vida a cambiado muchísimo y siento que el cambio más significativo a sido a nivel mental y emocional, y para ello, tuvieron que suceder una serie de acontecimientos que aunque en el pasado me dolieron, hoy agradezco porque me hicieron crecer.
Ahora soy más consiente de mi salud, de mi cuerpo, me cuido más, entreno, me alimento bien, he conocido buenas amistades, y he vivido buenos momentos en este año que comenzó. Espero lograr un físico deseado para mi cumpleaños y seguir viviendo momentos increíbles al lado de personas maravillosas.
