Hoy quiero mostrar otro caso de uso de mis HBD y es que volví a entrenar después de estar un mes sin hacerlo por motivos personales, pero he vuelto a pagar mi mensualidad y a ponerle dedicación nuevamente, con un nuevo horario, un nuevo entrenador y la misma meta. Pero es cierto, que a la hora que salgo después de una jornada de 9 horas lo menos que tengo es energía y me alegra saber que puedo tomarme un buen café bien cargado de cafeína para tener la energía que necesito en mi 1hr y media de entrenamiento.
