π 2 chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)
π 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
π§ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
π§ 1 teaspoon onion powder
πΆοΈ 1 teaspoon paprika
π§ 1/2 teaspoon salt
β« 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
π« 3 tablespoons olive oil
Caesar Dressing:
π₯ 1 cup mayonnaise
πΏ 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
π 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
π§ 2 cloves garlic (minced or grated)
π Juice of 1 lemon
π« 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
π§ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
π§ 1/2 teaspoon salt
β« 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Salad and Wrap:
π₯¬ 2 hearts of romaine lettuce
π§ 1 cup Parmesan cheese shavings

1- Prepare Chicken:
Flatten the chicken breasts between parchment paper using a meat mallet for uniform thickness.
In a bowl, combine lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Season both sides of the chicken evenly.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the chicken breasts for 5β6 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165Β°F). Set aside to rest, then slice into strips.
