My friends are fabulous bakers and thankfully they always bring the food to school for everyone to try. We’ve brought crepes, muffins, brownies, etc, but our all time favorite are cookies. Most of us have brought at least once cookies to school. Now, after many cookie trials I have the best recipe you will try (or I hope it is).
The recipe
Ingredients:
- 200g of white sugar
- 220g of brown sugar
- 350g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 225g of butter
- 200g of chocolate chips (you can put more if you want to)
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
Remember to preheat the oven to 190 Celsius degrees.
The first step is to mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
Next you will have to melt the butter and mix in a separate bowl: both sugars, the vanilla extract and the eggs. You will know when it’s ready when it has a fluffy consistency.
Then you will have to mix both mixtures together and add the chocolate chips.
Once this is ready I recommend using an ice cream scooper to put the cookie dough in a tray.
Put the tray in the oven for 10 min and that’s it you will have some delicious cookies.
At first they might seem like they are hard, but when you bite into them you will realize they are very soft in the inside.
Trust me, you have to try these cookies.
