We had another little walk around the Derbyshire countryside. We came across another barn that wasn't in great condition.
It is a listed building so it can’t be renovated into a building that would become occupied. Listed buildings can't be demolished, extended, or changed without permission from the local planning board.
It was easy to access with just a tyre and a discarded pallet in the doorway.
Parts of the barn had no roof to it. It's a shame as it's a great looking building.
There wasn’t much inside apart from rubble.
Another building that is going to rack and ruin because of red tape.
