Throwback - Homemade salad last Sunday...
Ingredients for salad:
Japanese cucumber
Iceberg lettuce
Tomato
Avocado
Soft boil egg
Chicken ham
Shredded red cheddar cheese
Mixed herbs
Roasted sesame dressing
Ingredients for the mashed potato (as the salad dressing):
Potato
Half boiled egg
Sliced cheddar cheese
Grated pepper
Roasted sesame dressing
Salt
My girls love cheese and I love cheese too... This is why there's lots of cheese in my salad... 🧀🧀🧀
My girls love mashed potato too... And I find that by combining the mashed potato to the salad it's a great combination.
I slice the potato to thin slices and then boil them in water. Add some salt to the water. Don't throw away the water, some of it is can be added in to the mashed potato (if you find your mashed potato being too dry).
Simple yet yummy salad for dinner...
