A section of the trail today.
Hi everyone! After getting up and enjoying some coffee, we tackled the hike for the day. It was mostly cloudy and cool but the humidity was a bit over the top. It did make it a bit uncomfortable 😅
One of the trees we have to climb over had 3 different types of fungi on them. This was one of them.
This 'shroom was just outside the upper trail entrance in a grassy open like area. And, this.......
was the view from sideways and a little under it. 'Shroom worlds are intriguing to me.
When the hike was done we headed to the store as we were out of milk. It’s hard to make lattes without it! Upon returning home, I made the latte for my husband and an iced mocha for me 😎 (non dairy for me!) Then it was off to church to work on the sound system.
We got right to work installing the headphone amps for the in ear monitors and hooks for the XLR cables. We did a final systems check and checked the monitors and all is working great! We are pleased. Tomorrow is it’s maiden voyage, so to speak.
