I recently moved to Dubai for a new job, and I brought with me my work experience and some 100 kg of body weight. I decided that my move should be for the better and I should start taking care of my self. I tried several diets and meal plans only to find out that none works well, at least not what I wanted. I was browsing on youtube one day and I bumped into a guy called Dr. Berg. I played the video and he was talking about a ketogenic diet that will help you lose fat if you eat fat! I thought it's one of those scams that are all over the place, but I had nothing to do so I kept on watching. One video after the other and his idea started becoming clearer, especially that all was backed up by science. apparently, our body can burn sugar (carbs) or fat for energy, but the reason we are not burning fat is one hell of a hormone, INSULIN. when we consume sugar, starch, or carbs in general, our blood insulin levels spikes making our body burn sugar for energy instead of fat, and with this happening over and over, our body becomes insulin resistant, which means it will become harder to burn fat. The ketogenic diet is based on only 5% carbs, 35% proteins and 60% fat (the good fats of course), not consuming carbs allows your body to burn fat for energy since there are no sugars to burn.
I've been on this diet for almost 3 months and I have lost 13KGs, yea 13KGs from body fat.
I recommend this diet for people who are struggling to lose weight especially those with some stubborn fat. of course, i also advise consulting your doctor before proceeding with anything just for safety.
you can learn more about this diet by visiting Dr. Berg's social media channels or simply googling him. it will amaze you how easy it could be.
If any of you have tried it or is willing to try it i'd love to hear about it.

Feel free to follow, upvote, and resteem.
