Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Education y sean bienvenidos a este nuevo video tutorial de inglés en donde les voy a mostrar una básica pero muy útil estructura para escribir un e-mail informal a un amigo, familiar o alguien que no conocemos.

Esto es a modo de modelo y no necesariamente tiene que ser tan breve como lo muestro en el video, el mail que escribo es más ilustrativo pero ustedes pueden escribir tan extenso como quieran y contar toda la información que gusten.

A warm greeting to all the Education community and welcome to this new English video tutorial where I am going to show you a basic but very useful structure to write an informal e-mail to a friend, family member or someone we do not know.

This is as a model and does not necessarily have to be as brief as I show in the video, the email I write is more illustrative but you can write as long as you want and tell as much information as you like.

La estructura básica del e-mail es (The basic structure of the e-mail is):

• Comienzo

Un saludo simple y cordial.

• Cuerpo

Párrafo 1: preséntate a ti mismo.
Párrafo 2: escribe acerca de ti, tu vida, tú día a día, tus anécdotas.

• Final

Un saludo cordial de despedida y asegúrate de preguntar sobre la persona a quien le estés escribiendo.

• Beginning

A simple and cordial greeting.

• Body

Paragraph 1: Introduce yourself.
Paragraph 2: Write about yourself, your life, your day to day life, your anecdotes.

• End

A cordial farewell greeting and be sure to ask about the person you are writing to.

Aunque se trata de un e-mail informal, siempre se debe incluir algo de formalidad como ser un saludo cordial inicial, una estructura de cuerpo que mantenga el sentido y la idea principal del texto y un saludo final.

Although it is an informal e-mail, it should always include some formality such as an initial cordial greeting, a body structure that maintains the sense and main idea of the text and a final greeting.
