Today was indeed a hectic one but all thanks to God for strength.
I was still on the finishing touch on the electrical installation, l had to go up and down the roof for the cabling process, running up and down the stairs. Waking up in the morning, l felt pains all over my joints so l had to engage in jogging to lighten the body and God by his grace rewarded me with 25k activity, Am grateful to God for strength and grace.
